is a Madrid-based Polish-Spanish business hub. Our objective is to assist Polish and Spanish entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses into Polish and Spanish-speaking markets.
We work in three areas of business:
Business expansion
We establish distribution and dealer networks, as well as B2B client relationships.
We design a market entrance plan with our clients that aims to build a customer base, satisfy legal and technical constraints, and achieve a competitive edge.
By outsourcing particular sales responsibilities, we become a member of our client’s team from that point on. Prospecting a cold base, planning and arranging business meetings, and efficiently delivering services and goods- are all ways we grow our business. The business ties we’ve created on the Spanish-speaking and Polish markets are transferred and incorporated into our customers’ management systems after we’ve met our sales and export targets.
Commercial representation
We establish commercial representative offices for Polish firms in Spanish-speaking nations and for Spanish firms in Poland, developing their legal forms and providing office infrastructure in prominent business districts in Madrid and Warsaw. We also provide complete telephone, e-mail, IT, accounting, legal and consulting services in Polish and Spanish.
With this method, the pricey investment in an individual office and its employees is replaced by having an office as a service, which provides all activities of a commercial representation based on the company’s legal form for considerably lower recurring charges.
Efficient corporate organization support in the destination country
We provide a complete service portfolio for Polish firms operating in Spain and other Spanish-speaking markets, as well as for Spanish enterprises operating in Poland. Personal counseling, office space selection,, and legal services for forming commercial firms in compliance with local legislation are all included in the scope.
We arrange for expatriated managers to be transferred and train the staff to have a better understanding of the destination countries’ cultures. Our objective is to decrease the time, money, and risk associated with starting a business on the international market for Polish and Spanish entrepreneurs.
